
Spicy Chicken Tenders with Honey

1 box | Shore Lunch® Classic Fried Chicken Breading Mix |
1½ Tbsp | cayenne pepper |
1 Tbsp | black pepper |
1 Tbsp | granulated garlic |
1 tsp | onion powder |
1 cup | milk |
4 cup | vegetable oil |
1 lb | chicken tenderloins |
Honey, for serving |
Add the oil to a large stock pot and heat to 375 °F.
Mix the Lunch Shore® Classic Fried Chicken Mix, cayenne pepper, black pepper, granulated garlic, and onion powder in a large shallow dish.
Pour the milk into a shallow dish.
Dip each chicken tender into the milk and then coat all sides with the breading mix.
Carefully add 3-4 chicken tenders to the oil and fry for 4-5 minutes.
Using long handled tongs carefully remove the tenders from the oil to a plate lined with paper towels. Fry the remaining chicken.
Drizzle the hot tenders with honey and serve immediately.
