You can use our product locator to see if/where it can be found near your zip code: here. If you can't find it locally, we would encourage you to speak with the store manager at your favorite store to see what they can do to get it on store shelves.

Why aren’t all of your products in stores?

It is up to each individual chain to determine which varieties they want to stock. Stores do listen to customer requests, especially when they come in large volumes, so we encourage customers to talk to their local store manager and request more varieties on the shelf.

Can I purchase your products online? Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Yes! You can shop our website to purchase your favorite Shore Lunch products directly: shorelunch.com/our-products/. We are only able to ship orders within the continental United States at this time.

What forms of payment do you accept online?

Our online shop accepts credit card payments – Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

How do I resolve an issue with my online order?

Shipping cost depends on the products you add to your cart and where they are being shipped. If you add products to your cart on our website, you'll be able to see the shipping cost. We offer free shipping on orders of $75 or more.

How many servings does each soup mix make?

Each of our soup mixes makes 8 hearty servings (1/2 gallon of soup).

Can I freeze the soup after making it?

We do not test freezing our soups, but we’ve had customers tell us that they have done it, adding a little water to rehydrate.

Can I use your products in a slow cooker, pressure cooker or air fryer?

While we don’t have any recipes that call for using Shore Lunch products in a slow cooker, pressure cooker or air fryer, we often hear from fans who successfully use our products in these types of kitchen devices. A few things to keep in mind: Shore Lunch soups are designed to not take long to cook, so we recommend following the directions on the package for the best result. Shore Lunch breading can be used in air fryer recipes that call for breading. It is not recommended that you use wet batter or coating in air fryers. Can I use your product past the “Best By” date?

We advise discarding any product that has passed its Best By date. We cannot guarantee the taste or performance of the product once the date has passed.

Does Shore Lunch contain any major allergens?

Per USDA/FDA guidelines, it is required that we list all major allergens on the label. You can find all ingredient and nutrition information listed for each product on our website.

Are Shore Lunch products made in a peanut- and tree nut-free facility?

Our products do not contain any peanuts or tree nuts and are not made on any equipment used to produce anything that contains any peanuts or tree nuts.

Is your breading mix gluten free?

Our Shore Lunch breading mixes are not gluten-free as the first ingredient is wheat flour. Our partners Kentucky Kernel have a gluten free seasoned flour perfect for frying up chicken, veggies, and fish. Is there MSG in Shore Lunch products?

MSG is required to be listed within the ingredients statement by regulation. Please refer to the product label.
