1 pkg | Shore Lunch® Oven Style Fish Breading Mix |
1 cup | crushed corn flake cereal |
8 | chicken legs, drumsticks |
2 Tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Chicken Base |
2 Tbsp | garlic powder |
1 Tbsp | dried parsley |
1 cup | buttermilk |

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Grease a baking sheet.
Add the chicken base, garlic powder, dried parsley and buttermilk to a medium sized bowl, whisk to combine. Add the chicken legs and let rest covered in the refrigerator for 15 minutes or up to 8 hours.
Combine the breading and corn flakes into a shallow dish. Dredge each drumstick into the breading mixture pressing down on all sides. Place the finished drumsticks onto the baking sheet.
Place the baking sheet directly into the oven and bake for 30 minutes. Lower the oven heat to 350 degrees and bake for 15 minutes more.
Carefully remove the baking sheet from the oven and serve immediately.
