German Potato and Cabbage Bake

|1 pkg||Shore Lunch® Creamy Potato Soup Mix|
|1 lb||smoked kielbasa, cut into ½ inch pieces|
|1 lb||green cabbage, cut into 2-3 inch wedges|
|1 lb||Fuji apples, cored, peeled, and thinly sliced|
|5 cup||hot water|
|1½ cup||Gruyere cheese|
Preheat the oven to 350 ºF.
Grease a 13” x 9” baking dish.
Add the soup and hot water into a large mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
Add the kielbasa, cabbage, and apples to the casserole dish. Pour the soup into the casserole dish and cover with aluminum foil.
Place the dish directly into the oven and bake covered for 20 minutes. Carefully remove the foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
Sprinkle the casserole with Gruyere cheese and bake for 5 minutes.
Carefully remove the casserole from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
