1 pkg | Shore Lunch® Original Recipe Fish Breading/Batter Mix |
2 dozen | fresh cheese ravioli (1") |
3 cup | vegetable oil |
½ cup | grated Parmesan cheese |
¼ cup | freshly chopped parsley |
½ tsp | garlic powder |
¼ tsp | crushed red pepper |
4 | large eggs, beaten |
2 Tbsp | milk |

Heat the oil in a large stockpot to 350 degrees.
Combine the breading, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, and red pepper in a shallow bowl.
Whisk the eggs and milk in a shallow bowl.
Dip each ravioli in the egg wash and then dredge the ravioli in the breading mix. Place the breaded ravioli onto a baking sheet until ready to fry.
Carefully add the ravioli, in batches, to the oil and fry for 11/2 minutes per side.
Using a slotted metal spoon remove the ravioli from the oil to a platter lined with paper towels. Serve immediately.
