|1 pkg||Shore Lunch® Original Recipe Fish Breading/Batter Mix|
|2 dozen||fresh cheese ravioli (1")|
|3 cup||vegetable oil|
|½ cup||grated Parmesan cheese|
|¼ cup||freshly chopped parsley|
|½ tsp||garlic powder|
|¼ tsp||crushed red pepper|
|4||large eggs, beaten|
Heat the oil in a large stockpot to 350 degrees.
Combine the breading, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, and red pepper in a shallow bowl.
Whisk the eggs and milk in a shallow bowl.
Dip each ravioli in the egg wash and then dredge the ravioli in the breading mix. Place the breaded ravioli onto a baking sheet until ready to fry.
Carefully add the ravioli, in batches, to the oil and fry for 11/2 minutes per side.
Using a slotted metal spoon remove the ravioli from the oil to a platter lined with paper towels. Serve immediately.
