
Fried Buffalo Shrimp

1 lb | 16/20 count shrimp, peeled and tails removed |
2 | large eggs, beaten |
1 Tbsp | milk |
1 box | Shore Lunch® Spicy Buffalo Style Chicken Breading Mix |
4 cup | vegetable oil for frying |
Heat the oil in a large stockpot to 360 °F.
Using a knife cut the shrimp down the center of the back making sure to not cut all the way through the shrimp. Use your hands to open the flesh of the shrimp until it lays flat.
Whisk together the egg and the milk in a shallow dish. Coat each shrimp into the egg mixture.
Add the Shore Lunch® Chicken Breading Mix to a shallow dish and dredge the shrimp into the mixture.
Repeat steps 3 and 4.
Add the shrimp to the hot oil and fry in batches for 1-2 minutes.
Carefully remove the shrimp from the oil using a slotted spoon to a paper towel lined plate.
Serve immediately.
