
Fire Roasted Vegetable Beef Soup

1 lb | ground sirloin, thawed |
8 cup | water |
1 pkg | Shore Lunch® Fire Roasted Vegetable Soup Mix |
1 can | tomato sauce |
Coat a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray, heat over medium-high heat. Add ground sirloin. Cook and stir until bite-size crumbles are done, about 10-15 minutes. Drain ground sirloin and set aside.
In a soup pot, bring 8 cups of water to a rolling boil. Stir in Soup Mix, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and cooked ground sirloin. Bring back to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally until done, about 25 minutes.
