|½ cup||all-purpose flour|
|1 box||Shore Lunch® Classic Fried Chicken Breading Mix|
|¼ cup||vegetable oil for frying|
Heat the oil in a large sauté pan over medium high heat.
Place the flour into a shallow dish. Dredge the chicken in the flour.
Pour the milk into a shallow dish and coat both sides of the chicken.
Place the Shore Lunch® Chicken Breading Mix into a shallow pan and coat the chicken on both sides.
Place each chicken cutlet directly into the sauté pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
Carefully remove the chicken from the pan and place on a paper towel lined plate to drain.
