Cassoulet with Smoked Ham

| 1 pkg | Shore Lunch Minestrone Soup Mix |
| 6 oz | Smoked ham, cut into 2 inch pieces |
| 2 Tbsp | Vegetable oil |
| 1 cup | Diced white onion |
| 2 Tbsp | Minced garlic |
| ¼ cup | Freshly chopped parsley |
| 1 Tbsp | Freshly chopped rosemary |
| 2 can | Bush's® Cannellini Beans, drained and rinsed |
| 4 cup | Water |
Add the vegetable oil to a large stockpot over medium high heat. Add the ham and onions and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Add the soup and water to the pan and stir to combine. Bring the water to a boil, lower the heat and simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
Add the cannellini beans, parsley, and rosemary to the pot and simmer for 5 minutes more.
Remove the cassoulet from the heat and serve immediately.
