Cassoulet with Smoked Ham

|1 pkg||Shore Lunch® Minestrone Soup Mix|
|6 oz||smoked ham, cut into 2 inch pieces|
|2 Tbsp||vegetable oil|
|1 cup||diced white onion|
|2 Tbsp||minced garlic|
|¼ cup||freshly chopped parsley|
|1 Tbsp||freshly chopped rosemary|
|2 can||Bush's® Cannellini Beans, drained and rinsed|
Add the vegetable oil to a large stockpot over medium high heat. Add the ham and onions and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Add the soup and water to the pan and stir to combine. Bring the water to a boil, lower the heat and simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
Add the cannellini beans, parsley, and rosemary to the pot and simmer for 5 minutes more.
Remove the cassoulet from the heat and serve immediately.
