2 lb | boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into ½ inch strips |
2 cup | all-purpose flour |
1 | large egg, beaten |
½ cup | milk |
1 box | Shore Lunch® Classic Fried Chicken Breading Mix |
2 cup | vegetable oil for frying |
Heat the oil in a large sauce pan to 350 °F.
Place the flour in a shallow dish and dredge each chicken stick.
Add the egg and milk to a shallow dish and whisk to combine.
Coat each chicken stick in the milk mixture.
Add the Lunch Shore® Chicken Breading Mix to a shallow dish and coat each chicken stick with the breading.
Working in batches, add a few chicken sticks to the pan and fry for 3-4 minutes.
Carefully remove the chicken sticks using log handles metal tongs to a plate lined with paper towels.
Serve immediately.
