|1 pkg||Shore Lunch® Chicken Noodle Soup Mix|
|¼ cup||vegetable oil|
|1 cup||Jasmine rice|
|1 tsp||ground cumin|
|1 tsp||ground curry powder|
|½ cup||sliced almonds|
Add the butter and vegetable oil to a large stock pot over medium high heat. Add the rice and sauté for 2-3 minutes stirring constantly.
Add the cumin, curry powder, soup, and water to the pot and stir to combine. Bring the water to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the raisins and the almonds. Serve immediately.
