Bananas on a Stick

|1 cup||Shore Lunch® Original Recipe Fish Breading/Batter Mix|
|5||bananas, peeled and quartered|
|1||large egg, beaten|
|¼ cup||granulated sugar|
|¼ cup||light brown sugar|
|3 tsp||ground cinnamon, divided|
|4 cup||vegetable oil|
|Popsicle sticks, optional|
Heat the oil in a large stock pot to 350 ºF.
Add the breading, sugar, and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon to a medium sized mixing bowl. Slowly whisk in the milk.
Dredge each banana piece in the batter and carefully drop into the oil, fry in batches, for 2-3 minutes.
Combine the remaining ground cinnamon and the brown sugar in a small bowl.
Using a slotted metal spoon remove the bananas from the oil to a platter lined with paper towels.
Sprinkle the fried bananas with the cinnamon and sugar and serve on a popsicle stick.
