Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a large stock pot to 350 ºF.
  2. Add the breading, corn, cilantro, green onions, Serrano pepper, eggs, and milk to a large mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
  3. Carefully add the batter to the oil by the tablespoon, fry in batches for 2-3 minutes. Using a slotted metal spoon remove the fritters from the oil to a platter lined with paper towels. Serve immediately.
