Directions

  1. Combine the flour, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
  2. Whisk the eggs and the milk in a shallow dish.
  3. Add the breading to a shallow dish.
  4. Dredge each pork chop in the flour, dip in the egg wash, and dredge in the breading.
  5. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  6. Add 2 pork chops to the skillet and fry for 2-3 minutes per side. Repeat with the remaining pork chops.
  7. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium high heat. Add the flour and Creole seasoning to the saucepan and cook for 1-2 minutes stirring constantly. Whisk the milk into the saucepan and bring to a simmer for 3-4 minutes, whisking occasionally.
  8. Remove the sauce from the heat and serve immediately with the pork chops.
