Directions

  1. Add the vegetable oil to a large stockpot over medium high heat. Add the ham and onions and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  2. Add the soup and water to the pan and stir to combine. Bring the water to a boil, lower the heat and simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the cannellini beans, parsley, and rosemary to the pot and simmer for 5 minutes more.
  4. Remove the cassoulet from the heat and serve immediately.
