Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a large sauce pan to 350 °F.
  2. Place the flour in a shallow dish and dredge each chicken stick.
  3. Add the egg and milk to a shallow dish and whisk to combine.
  4. Coat each chicken stick in the milk mixture.
  5. Add the Lunch Shore® Chicken Breading Mix to a shallow dish and coat each chicken stick with the breading.
  6. Working in batches, add a few chicken sticks to the pan and fry for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Carefully remove the chicken sticks using log handles metal tongs to a plate lined with paper towels.
  8. Serve immediately.
