Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a large stockpot to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine the breading, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, and red pepper in a shallow bowl.
  3. Whisk the eggs and milk in a shallow bowl.
  4. Dip each ravioli in the egg wash and then dredge the ravioli in the breading mix. Place the breaded ravioli onto a baking sheet until ready to fry.
  5. Carefully add the ravioli, in batches, to the oil and fry for 11/2 minutes per side.
  6. Using a slotted metal spoon remove the ravioli from the oil to a platter lined with paper towels. Serve immediately.
